Pyramid sets in Weight lifting?

I do all my weight lifting sets in pyramids of: first set is 10 reps, second set is 8 reps, third is 6 reps, and fourth is to failure. Is this a good routine?

How many calories do you burn weight lifting?

How many calories do you burn weight lifting?

I am wondering how many calories can I burn weight lifting? I am 30 yrs old, 136 lbs and abut 5 5'.. if i use a 8 lbs weight and do various different ways of it for say 20 minutes how many calories does that burn?
