<p>I am 14 and way 85 pounds what is a good fitness routine for me I dont go to the gym or have equipment for squats or any other of those excersices but  I do have a dumbell and a big area to run around I am doing this for soccer tryouts please help</p>

<p>I&#039;m 16 years old and female. I have  not done any proper exercise for over a year, and I dont live near a sports centre. I have gained a lot of weight on my stomach and hips. I really want to lose some of it. What is the best exercise that I can do? At home? (Situps etc&#8230;) How many?</p>
